● What time is Check-in and Check-out ?
・Check in time is 2pm
Please let us know when you arrive after 11pm
(Still availabe to check in)
・Check out time is 11am
Late check out is available based on avilabilty with extra fee.
● What are the differences between Deluxe Room and Superiour room?
Deluxe rooms have a fridge, bathtub, and are isolated from Superiour room units - feel more private.
● Can I book multiple rooms?
Yes, you can book 3 rooms at a time.
When you book more than 4 rooms, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit must be paid into our bank account. Contact us for more details.
● Can I stay long term?
Yes, we have monthly rates which varies depending on the time of year. Please ask us.
● Can I leave my luggage before or after my stay?
Yes, we are happy to store your luggage at our reception. Please ask our staff.
● How can I pay?
We accept payments by cash, or credit card.
● Is breakfast included?
We serve breakfast, though it is not included in the room rate. The price is IDR 60,000.
● How can I change or cancel my reservation?
Simply contact us to change or cancel your booking. Free cancellation before 2 days of check-in date when you booked with us directly. If you booked through other booking websites, the cancellation policies on the sites must be followed.
